Our Story

Iron Lotus Yoga was born from a simple truth: traditional yoga didn’t speak to me—or the men I trained with. As a martial artist and fitness enthusiast, I needed something different—something tough, practical, and results-driven. So I created Iron Lotus: a yoga practice built for warriors, fighters, and men who want to move better, recover faster, and train longer.

Shane Lambert, founder of Iron Lotus Yoga, combines over a decade of martial arts experience with deep yoga knowledge to craft programs that work. He’s dedicated to helping men push past limits—not by forcing the body, but by teaching it how to move with strength, intention, and longevity.
